How fresh are KCBlendz smoothies?
Every smoothie is hand-blended on the morning of delivery. We never pre-mix, pasteurise or use concentrates. Once delivered, drink within 24 hours and keep refrigerated.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Our campus kitchen is in Pamplemousses, Mauritius — we deliver island-wide within 24 hours, with most orders arriving same-day. In Nigeria we deliver across Lagos with same-day options for orders placed before 1pm. Global customers can order our shelf-stable products which ship via DHL.
How do I track my order?
Every order page has a live tracking timeline. Signed-in customers see all their orders under Account → Orders. Guests can track via the link in their confirmation email or by entering their order number and email on the Track Order page.
What payment methods do you accept?
Nigeria — Paystack (cards, USSD, bank transfer, mobile money). Mauritius & Global — PayPal and credit/debit cards. Bank transfer with proof upload is available everywhere; we verify within 12 hours.
What is your refund policy?
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, message us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo. You can also submit a Request Refund from your order page and our team will review within 12 hours.
Can I use a promo code?
Yes — enter your code at checkout. New customers automatically get 10% off their first order with code WELCOME10.
