Refund & Replacement Policy

Because our smoothies, juices, and wellness bowls are made fresh and perishable, our refund and replacement policy differs slightly from typical e-commerce.

Fresh products (smoothies, juices, salads, bowls, popsicles)

Once a fresh product has been delivered, we cannot accept returns. However, if the product arrived in poor condition — leaked, spoiled, melted, or visibly different from what you ordered — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will, at our discretion, either:

  • Re-deliver the items at no cost, or
  • Issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Shelf-stable products (dried fruits, fruit powders, teas, kiddies packs)

Unopened, undamaged shelf-stable items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or replacement. Customer covers return shipping unless the item was damaged or incorrect. Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

Cancellations

You can cancel fresh orders up to 2 hours before the delivery slot for a full refund. After production has begun, we are unable to cancel. Cancellations for shelf-stable items are accepted any time before the order is dispatched.

Refund processing time

Card and PayPal refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days. Bank transfer refunds are issued within 3 business days. Specific timing depends on your bank.
